Dear Marie,

I am writing to thank you and the staff at The-Help for the care and support you gave my father last year.
The carers who visited him in his home showed him great respect, enabling him to maintain his dignity and a good level of independance up to the end of his life.
As his family, we had total confidence that his needs were being met and this made his and our loves much easier.

I would like to mention Nicky especially, she always made dad smile and was always kind and helpful when we met. She is an asset to your company and a credit to the caring profession. It is a profession that is often unfairly criticised.

I should be grateful if you pass on our thanks to all of the staff and let them know how much appreciated the care they took of my father.

Mrs B called and said that Alison is a total Superstar, she does more than she should and is always cheerful and singing which in turn makes Mrs B sing instead of crying. Mrs B  also said she has had a tough time recently with her stoma but Alsison makes this time bearable.

Hi Charlotte and Marie,

I just wanted to say thank you for raising the concerns you had about S to both Moira and Alison this week.  In the past 6 months since mum has come home I have sent 57 emails, two formal letters and have attended numerous meetings and telephone calls, each time raising the serious concerns we have had about S's wellbeing, none of which had any effect.  I also don’t believe that a chest infection on it’s own would have tipped the balance in favour of S moving back to Whitehaven.  I believe it is only because of your direct intervention to state that S’s needs were not being met with the care package, despite the carers best efforts, that S is now safe and sound.  I’ve been told on various occasions that what we have been putting in to support S was entirely optional, clearly this was not the case, and it’s a shame that this has happened because it has altered my view of the safety net that I previously believed social services to be.  

So a big thanks again to you both and if you would pass on our grateful thanks to the carers, especially Zowie, Lisa and Harley, that would be fantastic.

I would just liek to say I am extremely happy with all the staff at the-help, without your Fareham carers my mother might might not be still alive over the weekend. I just want to let the director know how amazing the Fareham team were. And I have told my mothers doctor and district nurses that they need to respect his mother carers.

I would like to say how happy the family are that we have come across the-help, we were very sceptical about a care company looking after dad due to what we read in the media. But we are relieved and over the moon to have found you especially how dad loves you all and wants to make sure that when he comes out of hospital that the-help will still be there to look after him.

Just a few lines to thank you and your team for providing care for our dad. Of all the care agencies that helped us we felt that your team were more caring than most and treated dad with respect. However, there was one young carer who stood out and went beyond her duty of care. That was Zoe. She was faced with some unpleasant situations with dad but always treated him with the upmost kindness and respect and dealt with everything in an extremely professional manner. We will always be grateful to her and want to thank her for being there for dad.

Over the past few years, several nursing agencies have cared for my husband, 93 year old David, but none as impressive at "The-Help".

Following David's recent eight week hospitalisation, The-Help has provided care three times daily, with a dedicated, happy and experienced team. They continue to be greatly appreciated. Please keep up the good wrok!

 I'm just writing an email to let you know what my experience with the help has been like since I have been with the company.

I find the help a really friendly care provider, I have been with three different care companies previous and I didn't have the best experience but with the help I have found all the carers well the ones that have come to very friendly, I also feel if I have any problems I can share them with a senior manager or the manger of the help as you are all very lovely and have been very supportive of my needs and medical problems which I am very grateful for.

I couldn't be happier with the care I'm getting at the moment,I did have a few issues to begin with but once I had spoken to the manager from the help I felt much better after wards and I am now starting to build up a good relationship with my regular carers who are also brilliant with me.

specially in the mornings,as I find mornings difficult were I am in lots of pain I don't sleep well at night which in the mornings I can be bit grumpy and I think the carers have been amazing but I have also said to them not to take any notice of me when I'm grumpy as its not aimed at them it's just me because my pain is very high in the mornings.

They help me a lot when I'm in pain we talk and have a little laugh and sometimes in the evenings after they have helped me with my personal care and tea we might put soaps on and have a chat about what's happening which is very nice and really appreciate their support.

I also love once a week my social outing with my Carer Charlotte who is amazing with me. Charlotte helps me a lot and is brilliant with me in the mornings.

I'm very grateful that the help have now changed my morning call to ten in the morning and we have had one call at ten already and it's working out much better and I'm generally in a much better mood I really do appreciate Samantha and Barry accommodating to my needs.

They were very supportive the week of my building work,I generally think the help are a lovely care company and like I say I have lots of people I can talk to if I don't feel great or if I have any problems I can tell the carers or I'll phone and speak to a senior manager or one of the mangers and they are also very supportive.

Thank you for all your support you are giving me with my on going medical needs and learning difficulties I really appreciate everybody's support I feel like your one big family and I have lots of lovely people I can talk if I need to.
